Nita Pich

Nita Pich is a senior real estate professional with 10 years of experience in Cambodia’s residential and investment property markets. She began her career in 2015 as a Leasing Manager, leading exclusive residential projects, and was promoted to Residential Manager in 2018. In 2022, she became Head of Residential Services at an international real estate firm, overseeing leasing and sales of high-profile assets, marketing serviced apartments, and providing valuation and consultancy services. Known for her strong market insight, client-focused approach, and leadership, she built an extensive network across embassies, corporates, NGOs, and landlords.

In 2023, Nita was appointed Head of Investment Properties, leading large-scale transactions across development land, hospitality, commercial buildings, and serviced apartment portfolios.
