Condo for Sale in Siem Reap Cambodia

Naturally given its quality prices are high with rates comparable to Phnom Penh, but this also represents a great investment return.

Other Siem Reap condo for sale include The Sky Park, located on National Road 6 on the route to the international airport. Rates here are competitive at around half that of Rose Apple Square.

A third option is Angkor Grace Residence, which also has the advantage of offering a leaseback option where they manage your condo just like with a hotel, and give a guaranteed return.
